Profitable web site for sale -- very quick turn

I think if I sell a software product with a site again on Flippa, I'll offer the site and a non-exclusive license for sale, based on the traffic and revenues. If they want exclusive rights, it's 2x the Final Bid Price. If they want source code and full copyrights, it'll be 3x the final Bid Price.

The reason is I think people who shop on Flippa couldn't give a crap about anything but a site that's earning money. This one sold for WAY too little, IMO. I think we'd have gotten just about the same without giving away the source codes or exclusive rights.

(Most sites that sell on Flippa are monetized with stuff that you can't even get exclusive rights to.)
