It would not be a bad idea to make a software section just for software tools, reviews, recommendations, etc.

How about just a Product Reviews and Recommendations section?

Could include software programs, B2B tools etc.

That sounds good too. It's a great idea to read reviews from the fellow marketers before making a decision to use any tools/software if it's outside my area of expertise.
