Business Plan & Marketing data to raise money for an offline consulting business

Hi all, Great Forum.

I am Looking for resources , charts, marketing plan.. directed toward raising money for an offline consulting business.
Most marketing material out there are geared towards the services themselves, gettings clients etc..
Having some experiences in Google Places marketing and Webdesign, I need to step up my game & expand (hire some outsourcers, build a backend to manage the biz, clients, sales etc..incorporate my biz to accept CC etc..) So need to raise some money to do so ($20k-$30K). A 8-10 Pages biz plan with offline data, some financial charts to give the investor a clear picture of the biz and potential.

Any existing material for this purpose would be greatly appreciated.

Hrmm, I don't think you'll find something like that just given away for free, but I'm sure if you search around Google you can probably purchase some pre-made templates for obtaining business funding to start up a marketing company.

Then again every marketing company is so different in how it operates that a business plan for one is most likely extremely different from their next competitor...

I don't mind paying for it but since it's an offline Forum I figured I'd ask here since this is exactly geared towards what everybody is doing. Selling Websites to Offline biz, Google Marketing to Offline biz etc.. If something like this exists, it could help a lot of Offliners who wants to structure thier services and skills as a business and expand their consulting biz by raising some capital. The market research data will be quite the same etc..
