Anyone know of an Automated Direct Mail Service for letters (not postcards)?

What I'm looking to do for a client is have every new client receive a welcome letter, a follow-up letter 2 weeks later, and then 3 months later.

This will be in combination with an email follow-up series, but will also ensure that new clients receive messages (where as not ALL emails are always opened)

But I'm not sure if there's a company that exists (at least that services Canadians) that allows for one letter to be sent out at a time (as opposed to a minimum number of quantities)...

Anyone know of (or use) one?

Dexx, I found printingforlessbut I am going to look more into it myself. I have a realtor I am working with that wants to send quarterly paper newsletters so I have to find a distribution center for the pdf's of the newsletter I make, please post if you've found anything.

So far the best I've seen recommended is http://www.click2mail.com but it seems all of their envelopes have that "window" look to them. I want to be able to send "regular" envelopes...might need to call them and they do such a thing.

    I'll keep ya posted!

I haven't been on the site in a while, it may have changed

    Dexx,

I'm not sure what type of product or service you are trying to market, but window envelopes if used right can be huge for you getting sales or leads.

Example, use a window envelope and make it apear that there is a real check inside by addressing the evelope Pay To: or Pay To The Order Of: and make the check inside valid to use as a percentage off what ever you are trying to sell.

This idea work so well because no matter how many times someone has gotten a window envelope that looks like there is a real check inside and it turn out to not be, people still rush to open it and see if it's their lucky day and even when they find out it's not they still look over and read what came in that envelope.

Just an idea i thought i would share with you that is a proven winner in the mail order/direct mail market.

    I hope this helps,

    Martin

Direct Mail campaigns require considering mail piece design, printing and time frame issues right from the start. Many businesses have mailing lists already developed. A current customer list is likely to bring you the best response to a mailing. They are familiar with you and will most likely open your mail pieces.

What kind of costs are we looking at for these services? I can imagine printing, envelopes and postage are not cheap.

A direct mail campaign marketing letter can be very effective if you keep certain key points. The quality of a direct mailing list can make or break a campaign. You can have a great offer, and great service.
