Hello all,

This forum is right up my alley. As a marketer at heart, I always felt the other "offline" forums were missing something. They only tended to focus on what we can do for offline businesses as far as online marketing. Dexx, yours is the first one I've come across that emphasizes the total package. Not just SEO online but true offline marketing.

I'm a bit of a geek so SEO is fun to me; My problem is I tend to undervalue my services. I now know that my clients will give me exactly what I ask for. So if I lowball a quote, I'm going to get a lowball paycheck.

Anyway, I've got a meeting lined up for next week so I will keep you guys posted.

Well my meeting today was a learning experience in that I learned that I still need to refine my message so that I attract the right kind of client.

The guy I met with today told me about a "hobby" website he wanted to build and market. When we spoke on the phone and when he opted into my list, he indicated that this was a business website.

I will have to probe further next time in my initial contact with prospects to make sure this doesn't happen again.
