My Intro and Description

So I will get these 3 things out of the way first...
1. Who are you? (Location, Current Career etc.)
Located in the deep south, full time IM, site designer, SEO guy, pretty much well rounded computer geek.

2. What results are you looking for? (Pay off debts, become a business owner, pay for annual vacations etc.)
Trying to get my own business off the ground, it's been idling on the runway for almost 2 years, though I have been able to make enough money in those 2 years to avoid working for someone else. Things are starting to look up since I took my skills into the offline world and started pushing local business.

3. Why did you decide to join our community? (Prospecting tips, marketing strategies, share experiences to help others)
Good information here, more targeted to my immediate needs. Also, I like to network and meet new people.


About me:
The nick says it all. I started out doing simple web design many moons ago, then realized websites without SEO were just boats in the middle of the ocean with no engines. So the last 2 years have really been learning all I can and implementing it into my designs. This year, since the market is so flooded with guys like me, I decided to niche myself, and start producing websites that incorporate everything a business needs into one service. Thus my latest project, and best so far. Local Lead Generation Websites. I decided instead of focusing on big sites, I would instead focus on smaller, targeted sites. So I now build simple sites that are designed to do 2 things, rank and capture visitor information. By doing away with the huge, expensive sites I have been able to produce a lot more, in less time, and at a lower cost. I found selling these sites to small local businesses was a smashing success. They do not shy away from a site that costs them a few hundred bucks, and produces the results that they understand, sales.

Still building my portfolio and refining my system, but it is coming along well. So here I am, reading and sharing as much info as I can. Thanks for having me as a member!
