Direct Markting examples from the USA

I am from Europe, but I am interested in some Direct Marketing (offline, multichannel or online) examples from the USA.
Can anybody help me with some examples or give some directions where to search for?

I am especially interested in DM examples with a game (like scractchards and things like that) and with sweepstakes..
