Hi fellow Marketers.

I had a great business day today. And the best part is... that I just got paid.

Here comes my little success story.

Part 1
Making The Internetmarketing Solution.

Little time ago, i bought a keyword rich domain.
I made a wordpress based website.
Then made the best organic SEO i could.

After got some results at google, I redid all the SEO.
Then results got better and better.

Now im at first page at most of my main keywords and some keyword at first position.
After my site was at first pages. Clients were pouring in.

First part was over!
I had a working solution. Now I was in need for one business to lease my solution and deal with clients.

Part 2
Search for clients.

After some experiances with no success, I hit the jackpot!
One night i made a pretty awsome email, that i call
Out Of The Blue Email, That Got Me 50% Conversion Rate From Potential Clients!

That email just did it. Businesses were callingand sending me emails many days after sending that mail. All they wanted to know, what my solution is about.

So i told them.
But i did it in One-Page-Proposal format. I got that idea from SEODiva post.
Landed A Nice Big One..
And that second mail really caught them intrest.

Some back and forth emails after. One business owner drived where Iam at and closed the deal

Deal was for 1 year and payment is in every month.

Just got first payment to my bank account. Feels Great!

DONE!

I have a roofing site already in work.
With the same lease model in mind.

Plan is to get some basic finants pouring in from my solutions.
And then start to aim some bigger bucks.

Your story it's very inspiring and i'm sure i'll get back here and share my story too.
I'm gonna follow the exact steps as you did and i already bought 2 domains for this.
I think i'm going to do the following:
1. main domain will be a landing page with a free report like "what you must know before ...." with aweber opt-in
2. i'll install an wordpress blog and rewrite some articles from web based on some niche keywords
3. i'll ping,bookmark every post and i'll also build backlinks to all the pages
4. after i'll start getting some leads i'll try and contact local business as you did but i'm still learning about the One Page Proposal
I have the book but i hardly have time to read it and from what i read i know this is powerful.
Maybe you can give me some heads-up Cato about the One Page Proposal :-??

Thats great when you find my threat useful. And thank you for thanks!

Your strategy sounds interesting. You are going to succeed with it, if you do 1 thing!
That is - always push forward.
That worked for me!

You`ll need One Page Proposal until then, when you have some leads pouring in and have some potential clients interested. So just read 10 pages from book, everyday and take NOTES. With 10-11 days, you`ll be ready to write your proposal.

More value your marketing solution gives to prospect, easier is to sell it.

Can you tell me a little more about the site you sold? Was it a one-pager "sales" page, or did it look more like a website with blog/articles/about us/etc ??

I hope you will succeed as well on "lease-a-site" model.

Site i leased is on wordpress. And the theme i used, was more like a blog type.
But I modified it greatly. So on main page is as a blog type of posts and everything else, links and pages are like a typical webpage style.

There are a great variation of ways you can choose from.

Blog type of theme has worked for me really well.
I have first positions on google with all my keyword now.
