The reason I’m offering this at such a low price is:

I have a big project on the go that has cost me over $22,700 so far. Since it is not a business project I had to finance it myself. The first group of programmers did an OK job but could not complete it.

So I had to hire another good programmer to finish it off.
Having spent $22K+ of my own money I want it completed and need another $1250
