SYNND -- massive natural backlinks at your fingertips

I've seen very little mention of SYNND - Social Media Science anywhere here yet.
The above link has a nice overview. The links near the bottom of the page take you to more info and a trial offer of $1 for 14 days. Actually, the 14 days starts once you get your accounts set up. I invite you to give it a try and see how well it works. BTW, unlike some other services, when you terminate your subscription, the posts with backlinks in them remain in place -- they aren't deleted.
If you're going to be doing any kind of SEO work for clients, a membership in SYNND will pay for itself many times over!
They've determined that only 10 buzzes on a half-dozen networks will be sufficient to move most sites into the top page of Google and make them stick for quite a while. Interestingly, you're not actually placing links back to your target sites; rather, you link to intermediate sites that point to your target sites. Google apparently gives this kind of approach much more weight than a bunch of links to a single target site, especially since they appear to be natural coming from users all over the world.
For example, you'd put up a Squidoo lens that points to your main website. Then run a campaign that gets you 10 buzzes on 6 networks, all of which point to your Squidoo lens. What happens is that your main website appears to be more of an authority. Do this with a Blogger blog and a video or two, recognizing that NONE of the backlink posts are from the same two people, and you can start to see the incredible power behind it.
WHAT IS IT?
In a nutshell, there are currently 800+ members in the SYNND network. Everybody is required to have their own accounts with a bunch of social sites.
Everybody runs a small "bot" on their computer (called the RA or Remote Automator) that runs bookmarking tasks queued up in a central queue that posts stuff to their accounts.
Each member accrues a number of points each month, 500 a month or about 17/day on the basic plan, and can "spend" them on their own bookmarking campaigns.
You can increase the number of points in two ways: pay a higher monthly fee; or manually submit stuff through their interface.
When you post a campaign, it gets queued up then divvied out to as many members as needed to hit the level of "buzz" you want. I've seen campaigns with buzz levels of nearly 2000.
As I write this, they're in the midst of updating their system to use a new RA that's been written in Java. They'll be rolling it out over the next week. This will allow them to expand the number of networks they support from the current 12 to 60 or more. It'll also run on Macs and Linux boxes.
Another impending update is a way to tag videos and other media that's not done currently. This is subtle, but will be extremely impactful.
WHAT'S UNIQUE ABOUT SYNND?
It's likely that everybody here has accounts on a dozen or three different media and social marketing sites. YouTube, Squidoo, FaceBook, Twitter, Digg, etc.
If you offer a service where you're posting stuff to create backlinks for your clients, it's likely that you'll post that content to your own accounts. If you've got 20 accounts, all of your posts for all of your clients will be posted to those 20 accounts. Unless you go to the trouble to set up multiple accounts on each service. (Think about what a HASSLE that would be!)
If you've got VAs, they'll set up their own set of accounts and post to them.
Suppose you've got a client who wants 1000 backlinks. You could set up 50 accounts on different sites and then post 20 different items on each one over time. In the end, the links are coming from only 50 different accounts.
On synnd, you can run a campaign and get a unique backlink from every single member! That's 800+ right now. At the press of a button.
And shortly they'll have over 60 different sites where content can be posted. At that point, the likelihood of having two posts in the same campaign being made under the same account on the same site will be virtually impossible.
So for really MASSIVE coverage, combine Traffic Geyser with SYNND and you'll be able to position virtually anybody at the top in even the most competitive markets with very little effort. One video can generate enough content for 3 months of postings in TG (which takes about 30 minutes to set up), and a single campaign can be set up on SYNND to continue adding backlinks to those posts naturally for months afterward.
Again, you absolutely MUST think in terms of the VALUE that services like TG and SYNDD allow you to deliver to your clients, NOT THEIR COST! Just $200 a month for these two services is sufficient to support an SEO service that should easily generate $10k/mo for you, and 100x that in VALUE for your clients, if managed properly.
